Greenfields Staff

Our Staff are our Strength.  Our philosophy is to Recruit and Retain individuals that have a genuine interest in Childcare, the Children in our Care as well as the Management & Development of our Business.

Childcare staff  have a Personal Development Plan and  as a minimum standard, are required to hold up to date certificates in:

First Aid, Health & Safety, Manual Handling and Children First as well as obtaining FETAC Level 5, Major Award in Childcare which is made up of several component certificates.

Room Leaders are required to have the above as well as FETAC Level 6, Major Award in Childcare which is made up of several component certificates (modules)

Our staff regularly attend additional workshops and training events that support the curriculum here at Greenfields as well as the needs of the children.
