COVID child drop off and collection policy

Children in our care will only be released to those named on the Collection Form which was originally completed when your child first enrolled at Greenfields.  If there is ever an instance when one of those named people are unable to collect your child, the parent must contact Greenfields in advance to make alternative arrangements.  A change of collection form will also need to be completed

Please Note: In the interests of the children’s safety, we do not allow children to be collected by siblings under the age of 18
