The Creche runs a Play Based Curriculum.  It is a safe and stimulating environment for babies from three months to toddler age.  Activities are pre-planned for the week and include painting, colouring, play dough, sand and water and Heuristic play to name but a few.  We incorporate a lot of music and movement in our daily routine and also some quiet time for reading and jigsaws.  The crèche is all about fun and learning in a home from home environment.

Heuristic Play involves providing the children with a collection of everyday, household objects, and natural materials for them to touch, feel and explore.  It could include items like a saucepan, wooden spoon, a sponge, cotton materials and so on.
